The perennial ryegrass can germinate and establish quickly providing protection for the slower germinating bluegrasses along with improved disease resistance. The Kentucky bluegrasses provide excellent turf density and recovery from stressors. Drought avoidant tall fescue make this mix less water demanding and enhanced wear tolerance. SUN & SHADE Lawn Seed Mixture from Twin City Seed is designed a quality turf stand that requires normal to low maintenance practices.
