TUFF TURF Lawn Seed Mixture® is a combination of improved turf-type tall fescues with perennial ryegrass and Kentucky bluegrass. This mixture has excellent drought tolerance, wear tolerance, and will perform nicely in a variety of soil conditions. Tuff Turf Seed Mixture® will adapt to full sun to reasonably heavy shade conditions. It is best used where budgets dictate that input levels are low and in fact low levels of input are preferred.   • 30% RELENTLESS TURF-TYPE TALL FESCUE
  • 20% LIFEGUARD TURF-TYPE TALL FSCUE
  • 20% ROVER TURF-TYPE TALL FESCUE
  • 20% SUN HAWK PERENNIAL RYEGRASS
  • 10% TIREM KENTUCKY BLUEGRASS

New Lawn Renovation: 7-10 lbs. per thousand sqft

Overseeding: 4-6 lbs. per thousand sqft

Cost per Thousand Square Feet: $28.00 per thousand square feet
*Cost per thousand square feet is calculated by multiplying the price per pound (using the product’s largest bag size) by the minimum seeding rate (pounds per thousand square feet) for a new lawn renovation

Estimated Spreader Setting: 12 (new lawn), 8 (overseeding)

*Note, spreader settings vary from model to model and person to person. Be sure to keep your desired seeding rate (pounds per thousand square feet) in mind when seeding. Spreader settings assume a 1-15 range on the spreader dial.
